Cost and Refunds: Varies for each camp & clinic
Refunds will depend on individual situation.  Refunds will not
be given unless Kids Tri 2 is notified at least 48 hours before
camp begins.

Camp Goals:
Provide an overview of the sport of triathlon
Build a strong foundation of swimming, running,
and cycling techniques
Introduce the basics of the fourth discipline of
triathlon, transitions
Teach bike safety and maintenance
Educate on proper nutrition when training for
triathlons and during triathlons
Teach appropriate goal setting
Establish the foundation for a lifelong love for
health and fitness
Prepare campers to compete in one or more
Kids' Triathlons or prepare them to have a
better race experience at their next triathlon
Empower children to strive for their potential
Have fun and meet new friends!

Camp Schedule
Activities include:
Dry land activities (flexibility & stretching)
Bike skills/techniques
Run skills/techniques
Swim skills/techniques
Transition skills
Motivational techniques and goal setting
Aerobic and endurance activities
Triathlon and race etiquette
Mini - triathlon or course review


Minimum Requirements
Campers must be able to swim 25 yards (1 length in a pool), run 1 lap on a track (1/4 mile), and bike 2 miles.  
Each camper must have their own bike and helmet.  

What to pack for camp
Bike and helmet
Swimsuit and goggles (swim cap optional)
Towel
Sunscreen (hat and sunglasses optional)
Running shoes and socks
Water bottle
Bike lock (for when we are out running or hiking)
Nutritional lunch
Wear comfortable clothing that you can bike and run in or
bring a change of clothes (one for biking and one for
running)
Happy faces, smiles, and lots of energy!
